User-Generated Content

You grant a license to use your submissions.
By submitting photographs, videos, reviews, comments, listings, questions, or other content, you grant Zaanvar a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, distribute, and publish such content for operating and promoting the platform.

Image Upload Requirements

Certain Zaanvar services require users to upload images. To ensure proper display, compatibility, and a consistent user experience across the platform, users should follow the applicable image specifications:

Standard Zaanvar Services: Images should preferably be 350 × 230 pixels (width × height).
Pet Tinder Service: Images uploaded specifically for the Pet Tinder service should preferably be 260 × 350 pixels (width × height).
Maximum File Size: Each uploaded image must not exceed 50 MB.

Zaanvar may resize, crop, compress, adjust, or otherwise process uploaded images to meet the display or technical requirements of the relevant service.

Images that are corrupted, incompatible, excessively large, or otherwise unsuitable for processing may be rejected or may not be displayed properly.

Zaanvar may modify these image specifications from time to time where necessary to improve image quality, platform performance, compatibility, or user experience.

Prohibited Content

No unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content.

Users must not upload content that:

Violates any law.
Infringes intellectual property rights.
Contains abusive, threatening, or hateful material.
Promotes violence or animal cruelty.
Contains fraudulent or misleading information.
Includes spam or unauthorized advertising.

Zaanvar reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms without prior notice.

Termination of access does not automatically remove legal obligations or liabilities that arose before termination.

Separate policies governing Account Deactivation and Account Deletion continue to apply where relevant.
